Is the at home CBT something where you could get home and hit the ground running and put in some long days and get finished early? Or is it structured in a way where it is timed and doled out to you on a scheduled basis and you must proceed at a pace that is determined for you?
I guess the shortest way to ask this would be, is it self-paced?

Yes. Self-paced.

The CBTs are self-paced but they want you to have flows, limitations, profiles down by the time you return for ground school according to the training footprint docs they handed out in indoc, so that might dictate the pace somewhat.
