Nothing seems a little out of place? Maybe considering the date? April 1st

FAA working on a Sunday wasn't a clue. Neither was the 20 year exention. Not one, not two but 20. I think Mr. Berterelli caught a few people with this one.

I especially enjoyed the part about the $25 rebate.
