What are the senior folks doing with their extra long term sick as they approach their flow date? Are we allowed to transfer it to those in need or is it just lost and put into the AAG coffers? Just looking for some ideas so it isnít wasted if it doesnít need to be.

No sick is transferred or paid out. Most are leaving $18,000 plus with the company.

If you wanted to take 6-8 weeks off for shoulder surgery would that be possible here?

DTS vacation and email pay comps to use sick time to cover dropped trips. Iíve never done it but have been told this is a way to get paid for sick time other than using it.

This doesn’t work with the long term sick bank.

Shocking that when receiving that kind of charity they still want to nickel and dime over some guy's 24 hour cold.
