If you take money for training, RTP or bonus money there is an obligation.

Ok I wasn't sure if he was referring to people staying in the military after ADSO.

Is the assumption that rotary pilots are getting hired at majors at 2 years?

If a major offered before the 'obligation' was up, they'd be a fool not to go ahead and take the job and pay back whatever money they had to.

The ones who don't get offered a better job elsewhere will probably stick around, and the ones who do will probably leave.
