We recently hired a candidate who was discovered to have doctored his log books to make the big boys. Seemed like his first solo flight was in 2016. He got his ATP just two months ago. The dumbass posted this on his Facebook page....but our interview team were too stupid to figure it out. Keep up the great vetting Soapy. Maybe you can add more dead bodies to your management/hiring style.

How many new hires is this now that have been fired because they can't make it through training?

I’ve never seen this high percentage of washouts. The company is forced to hire anyone who can fog a mirror. But Soapy reports to the board of directors that all is well and Carrado tells the investors the same. This place has become a “sh1t show dumpster fire” of the first degree .

At that point they are usually given the option of resigning instead of firing.....that way they can still go to ATI

Doesn't the FAA just do an automatic revocation if that can be proved?

They should however: this is the same FAA that hired one of our guys who was fired after he made the statement of crashing two 767s together #badandy

The FAA is 700 inspectors short. They'll pretty much hire anyone who can get an airplane off the ground and back in one large piece.
