+1 here...
If anyone is in the central /north Texas area, I will be driving to SLC.
I think we could practice memory items & limitations for the 22 hour drive up there and be ahead of the curve.

Not all of us have access to memory items and limitations. ;)

Anyone know if you get per diem while at training?
I'm guessing they consider you based out of SLC even though you're away from home the whole time.

Don't focus too much on your emergency procedures and limitations when you're just starting CTP. Focus on getting Sheppard Air commited to memory and completing the written. Knowing memory items won't help you and even then there's only 5 and they're a joke. My 5 year old niece could memorize them. The limitations will be in the SOPM and you'll get an iPad with all that info on it when you start Indoc. Overall, pace yourself, don't get too ahead of yourself, and you'll be fine. The training is rigorous with many hours spent studying, but it's worth every second. You learn a lot. So stay in those books!
