For training in MSP do we have to put ourselves up for housing and how much do we get paid during? Also, how long is the average person usually spending in training with no hiccups?

-Yes you are own your own.
-First year guarantee is 75 hours @48/hr
-Training footprint is usually 90 days from day 1 of ground school to IOE release.
