Okay...it seems that every thread eventually digresses into:

"My airline is better than your airline..."

"Your airline caused all of my airline's problems..."

"You are a loser because you work for that airline..."

or some other very similar sentiment. Honestly, It get's boring.


Here's a thread for the folks who want to bash LCCs/Legacy, etc. Heck, I’ll even start us off…

For the rest of us, please let's keep the other threads on topic and keep the discussions informative and intellectual.

Depends on the answer to the hat thing.

Personally, leather coat = no hat, trench coat definitely = hat.

Let's be specific. LCC's with subsidized Airbus products cause all the problems in the airilne industry to include the demise of US aircraft makers. I have no beef with ANY LCC using Boeing or other products with NORMAL leases. Johnny can sale his lemonade for less if he doesn't have to rent his lemonade stand.

SWA is a beacon of productivity and employee morale AND they pay industry leading wages. As far as the operators that SOLELY use Airbus with questionable leases, they drive wages down. Please spare me the US Government taxation issue.

You guys are all clowns!!

Clearly, the real scourge of the industry is all the low-time pilots. If I could wave my magic wand and make them all disappear, things would be 10 to the 10th power better. They work for sub-standard wages and fly RJs that are bigger (and fly farther) than some mainline jets.

Plus, turbo-props are better than jets on Mon, Wed, Fri. On Tue, Thu, Sat jets are obviously superior. Sundays are for gliders.
