Can anyone with Trans States give some insight into how this program will work once you are on property? For example, is your training and IOE different? How soon would someone upgrade? How is quality of life at Trans States at the moment? What is the junior base and how hard is it to get St Louis out of training?

This is the published info on the program.. but I'd love to get some deeper insight.

No point now. I believed we stopped doing the cqfo program. Gear swingers from now on.

They won't be for very long. Upgrade will be sustained 12 months or less starting in July.
