If you can fog a mirror and don't physically assault the interviewer or ask them to help you shoot some heroin I think you'll get it.

CQFO isn't bad if you don't mind being a FO making $50 per hour

Is there a training contract for CQFO? What's in the rest of the fine print?

Are they going to get a flow thru? Will it be guaranteed or will you still have to interview? I don't want to interview and want a guaranteed flow to a major.

I'm pretty sure they will take you even if you punch the interviewer as along as you were sorry about it and told them what you learned from it.

No fine print as long as you are okay being a dual qualified reserve for awhile.

How long could a CQFO hired today expect to wait until they get a full upgrade award?

I would think anywhere from 6-8 months to a year. The CQFOs were a band aid to help with staffing while the FO's on property reach their times for upgrade. The later you get on, the longer you will wait.
