If your associated with the dod at all, the new sano hotel is a great deal and great location in central Tokyo.

+1 New Sano (if DOD associated) is a great and cheaper place to stay

Narita Hilton $85 for crew. Nothing around it though but good place if you get stuck at the airport.

I 2nd the above post.. Hilton Narita is good for an airport hotel, there are a few good crew spots around as well (aka jet lag club)....good luck

You can take the train to Narita city (first stop) not far from airport. Just at the bottom of the hill it has hotels with crew rates around 50 USD. You can also get good rates at agoda.com. You can also take the Skyliner train to Ueno (second stop) if you want to get closer to down town Tokyo. There is a businessman hotel for 50 USD but VERY small rooms out the door from the Skyliner.
