not only a bunch of Southern FOs ahead or behind you but also lot of Atlas FOs able to bid 737 CA if they choose when the fleet freeze expires.
Corrected for factual accuracy.
Its not just a seniority list merger, there will be a fleet freeze to avoid excessive movement and training cost for AAWH.

At this moment Atlas has a 3 year equipment seat lock, you can upgrade on same equipment, but not switch to another. I imagine there will be some fences when the lists are integrated, but who knows what they will be.

The current seat lock is seat specific (I.E. 3 year lock as an FO in one airframe before switching as an FO to another). Hypothetically, a 747 FO could upgrade to 767 CA and a 767 FO could upgrade to a 747 CA before their seat lock was up. In any case, all upgrades on the Atlas side are pretty well over 3 years, so it's kind of a moot point.

Exactly. 777 FOs have upgraded to 737 CA in a little over a year. Once in the 737 left seat they are unable to transition to 777 CA for 3 years. A FO that starts in the 737 and upgrades say 2 years later in the 737 is locked for an additional 3 years before they can transition to CA in another fleet.

Applied about a month ago and still showing “Under Review” on the dashboard. If you don’t meet the cut for an interview do they send out TBNTs or do they just leave your application alone?

No news at least means no TBNT. Folks have posted on here about getting a TBNT; so hang in there. I applied back in March, did a job fair, and haven't heard a peep. (73 typed, 4200TT) They got overloaded with apps when Compass and Trans went TU. Be patient, do a FAPA fair they regularly attend to get a little extra exposure maybe too. Good luck.

The following is what they told our new hire training class in MIA recently. All classes are filled through Aug. in the next couple weeks the company will be coming up with the planned training schedule for the fall. Once the fall schedule is in place they will start making calls to people in the hiring pool to fill the fall classes. Hopefully all of you waiting in the pool will be getting a call soon!
