I’m not on the 737 but I do see them in crew rooms at AFW and other Amazon locations. Seems like their biggest complaint is the lack of flying for FOs but I’m sure that will eventually correct itself as fast as Amazon is growing. I’ve mostly seen only Sun Country and Southern/Atlas 737 crews around the system with some Mesa guys at CVG.
If you’re wondering what life is like on the 737, probably much better than the regionals because you’re getting paid more, treated better, and probably have longer overnights and fly less legs in a day. Plus you’re still flying a Boeing at the end of the day.
My opinion from what I’ve seen/heard. Any airframe at Atlas is an upgrade from the regionals.

why wait? It might be tougher down the road when the contract is Arbitrated to get onboard similar to Kalitta. If you want to come over, get your app in enjoy life on the 737 and then bid the 777/747 when the seat lock expires.

Are you guys flying a lot?

The only difference is that you might get 1 extra day at home and your butt won't hurt from sitting in the seat because you're only flying 15-20 hours a month if you're lucky. These are still 13-15 day off schedules.
