No growth, no upgrade. Min pay of 62 hours, no CBA on the horizon, lotta night flying.
last new hire class had 1 person in it.

Come on man... I’ll make it real easy. 17-20 day trips. 10-24 hour layovers. 30-50 hours per month.

Why do you want to avoid the regionals? You’ll make more money and upgrade sooner at a regional. You will also fly more and have a much better schedule at a regional. We have 747 pilots leaving Atlas for the regionals right now. You will also have much more job security at any regional. At the current trajectory I believe that Atlas/Southern will probably furlough in the near future. I personally don’t feel comfortable with my position 500ish up the Atlas seniority list. Please do your due diligence before accepting a job at Southern/Atlas.

So does Southern Air.... I'd love to see a 4 on 3 off schedule where they're Gatewaying you into position on their terms on your 0 and 5 day. I'd love to see that schedule from Portland.... That sounds about as miserable as any commute I could imagine and the taxes on that would be terrible.
