Realistically, nothing before fall, and if history serves as any guide, it could likely slide into 2022.

Going on two decades without being allowed to vote on a contract. Management graduated from the ‘Lucy with the Football’ school of business & have no intention of changing their ways. Just when you think they might finally be done delaying even a forced arbitration contract...they continue to dig deeper & find new ways to delay - while threatening to further delay even that. Remember, these guys even sued a widow of a dearly departed crew member. I don’t think even Lorenzo ever stooped that low.

The outcome of the elections isn’t the concern. The soon to be 2750 Southern pilots just want to be able to participate in the upcoming nominations and election. Hopefully as one big family ((Atlas/Southern pilots) we can collectively elect solid leaders that will take us into the future.

I used to be at Xjt and it was cool but after being burned once its hard to remember that life. I think Atlas might be a good spot to settle if able to get in to the pool. I’ve been informed that not all schedules in the fleet are 17 on and 14 off. The 767 seems interesting. The pay sounds pretty good too
