60% of the Atlas list has been hired since the beginning of 2016.

If you look at the new ISL, 1444 of the total 2431 have been hired since 01/01/2016, or 59%.

There's been a ton of movement everywhere. I bet even FedEx has had 30-40% of their list hired since then... It's good to see that mass attrition is about to start up again at Atlas and I've got one buddy who was put in the FedEx pool on Friday. 767 Captain....

Good stuff! You may have several hundred or 1000 or more since you departed about 3 years ago to Purple correct? What percentage are you now? That will give a great picture of the movement over there. Things are looking good. 75 Capt now or soon?

I'm on the 757 list bidding every month for training. I've probably got a year before I'll see a Captain check. There are around 1100 below me and we'll be at max hiring for 2 or 3 years minimum. We need to be at around 6000 pilots and we're around 5500. We're hurting for pilots. Check all the boxes you need to check and don't be scared to ask questions via PM or on your All Out FB page.

Thanks for letting us know your progression! Fantastic, keep moving on up, moving on up! That gives everyone a solid picture of the opportunities on your side of the house. I am still walking around with my Lottery Ticket brotha. Numbers might be drawn by the end of summer and we’ll manage our expectations. Cheers!

On a union call-in several months ago it was mentioned that Atlas has lost almost 1100 pilots since 2016. Primarily due to resignations but I assume retirements were also part of this figure (albeit a tiny fraction).

I believe it. I meet ex-Atlas folks everywhere. Proud to be one of the 1100

Yeah... From what I remember a big year of retirements was like 40 guys.

Damn I hope the mass attrition starts up again. There simply won't be any movement at all for the guys at the bottom without it.
