Hopefully! It’d be great to see growth across all airframes.

How many hours are you guys flying per month on the 73 these days? I’ve heard it’s especially slow on reserve.

Seat lock is 18 months for a pay raise, 36 months for a downgrade bid.

It’s slow enough that landing currency is an issue for many right now..
I’ve talked with FOs that are so tired of being displaced/not flying that they are considering going back to the regionals because of the stagnation

Yeah.. Once you've got the type you really don't need the job if a Regional is willing to take you. You need to get to 1000 PIC ASAP and that's probably not in a 737 at Atlas.

Well regionals won't get you there that fast, not right now anyways. Back to training, reserve (not well paid like it's paid here), and then get that upgrade. I'll try bidding another fleet for career progression, and will see what happens after a little bit.
I knew what I was signing for when I came here anyways

I bet it's a 10 year haul at Atlas right now to 1000 pic. Maybe if the flying picks up on the 737... That's if you're hired today.

I remember, right before COVID, a few regionals hiring DEC. Maybe if it comes to that again....it's a big IF.

There’s probably a lot of FOs sitting around waiting to upgrade now
