I'm simply responding to the comment that described AAWW as a "relatively small operation".

The numbers objectively don't agree with that comment.

Atlas hasn't been considered a "start up" in over 20 years.

Hope your right but: Any leverage ended with the onset of the Pandemonium. Prior to the debacle we were hemorrhaging badly for several years which proved that avenue wasn’t effective as here we are in arbitration. Perhaps the next ten years will dictate differently, but the precedence has been set unfortunately.

Atlas could be such a good place to work, but their labor history is awful. Glad I am out of the ACMI game now. I don’t expect Atlas management to ever change, so hopefully high attrition will allow lots of people to move on to greener pastures.
