Does Atlas pay hazard pay for certain Airports/Countries?

Yes, it's called "hostile region" and it's determined by the Dept of State, not by the union or the company.

Also, there's extra pay for operating to COVID "hotspots", with similar determination by CDC designation "Level 4". Again, neither the union nor the company add or remove countries. It's determined by the relevant agency.

Edited to add:
Hostile region, the crew member is required to volunteer. If you don't "check the box" you won't be assigned any hostile flying.

COVID hot spots, crew member must "opt out". If you don't opt out, you may find yourself in a COVID hot spot--with automatic premium pay.

Actually, let’s think pragmatically. It would most likely bring you up a line number…
