I know I have heard rumors of “Kalitta or better pay.” Is there anything else you guys think are definites? Also, I know sept 10th is the deadline, but what is the timeline for implementation usually?

Implementation will be right away for pay. We’ll see how long it will take for the rest of the contract.

Fingers crossed the pilot group will know something by the 10th-
one way or another-

If management gets what they are demanding - it will actually be (overall) worse than K4 - as they are proposing Kalitta pay but only for the 747 pilots. Which means that other fleet types would pay less (unlike K4 which has a UPS-style one pay rate for all fleet types). Retirement would also be pathetically sub-par with only a 6% match (only a 1% gain over current book) - which I believe is lagging K4 and way behind even the LLCs. We shall see. Stand by to stand by…

Hopefully not as most are unhireable elsewhere and want to make AAAW home.

Show us on the doll where Atlas hurt you. Sad trolling.

Really? Because appears that a lot folks are getting picked up by the Majors, FedEx, UPS, and LCCs base on the data I see. There are more that are can get hired but aren’t interested in starting over seniority wise or just enjoy the job.....

Can’t believe you didn’t get a call from us as we have quite a few exceptional Regional folks living the dream (need a little more Cheddar, I will admit.) No other outfit will get you hired faster. It’s one thing wanting to jump ship, totally another to be able to jump ship safely. Our loss of blood doesn’t lie, and you could have a grand time during your short tenure here if you truly enjoy world travel.

***Thought you yourself might have been hirable but after further review who is AAAW?*** Might be tommy2thumbs on one hand. Dang autocorrect which was incorrect.

And you as an envoy pilot know every pilot at AAWW to affirm that. Smart
