New Atlas CBA = Colossal Union Failure

Must have missed that part.
Now honestly how difficult would it have been to write contract language that would have been a little more like :
“If a Crew Member is released from their assignment at a location other than their Base pursuant to an agreement between the Crew Member and the Company, the Crew Member’s per diem will be calculated as if they had been released at the completion of their scheduled return at their Base”

If you take the trouble to negotiate/argue/delay for 5 years over contract language and shall/should/must/could/may and still end up with a turd full of loopholes then why not gender neutral?

Yeah. I'm with you. But I'm dying to know, who do you blame for this egregious insult? Let me guess, it's another colossal union failure.

Don’t you think in general contract language can be updated a little?
In other news, the Company was all Glory Glory Hallelujahs on the crew call yesterday.
Record profits yadayadayada.
