Agreed, but we need to remember it only takes one of us to say, "no, we're not going without catering." We need to save these guys from themselves.

No, still plenty of applicants, but perhaps they realize the landscape is changing. Can't confirm, but I heard the Feb. 24th class had two guys not show up because the majors called. (They were replaced, as the rumor goes.)

They have thousands of applicants which is the reason it takes some guys up to a few years to get a call at this point.

I think we need to make some t-shirts...

"I'm the one" -- that stops an airplane. But if I the Captain on your flight, I'll never let you take the heat on these issues...I'll be the one stopping the flight, and both of you know that.

I'd say the supply of qualified pilots trying to leave for the majors (and yes even Atlas) remains high, so no shortage of pilots here...not yet at least.
