They have thousand apps right now. You missed the boat is my guess. They have interviews to fill the pool well beyond their training capability for the rest of the year. If you were not applying a couple months ago, you are just being told TBNT because it's easier...

You are like the 5th person to post something similar to this...read the facebook rst and you'll see a lot of the same thread. It's definitely not being 'over qualified' whatever that means. It's just as simple as them picking others over you.

Again, I get that but it says I don’t meet the minimum requirements...why wouldn’t they just say they aren’t interested in my application
