So much misplaced hate but I know you well enough to be sure you won't let the facts hold you back from your baseless accusations. BTW, nobody has been trying to move on for 3.5 years. Do you care to back up anything you say with proof? I have not had an application in anywhere since I started here. I do plan on getting the 1k hours of left seat time that most airlines want to see in case this place continues on the path it is on and I need to find another job.
You seem really hung up over money. Let me know if you need help managing your personal finances. As things progress here, it may be very important for you to have your financial house in order. |

Actually 1-3... They won the strike arbitration so JD can't fire you for not crossing a picket line.

Do you have proof that someone charged UB on a day they were on their boat? There is a lot of hyperbole on here, and that's quite a statement.

They want everyone chained to the oars as the ship goes down, or have no choice but to accept an offer at Amazon Prime Air if we're all fired and offered jobs there; as Amazon is doing now with their contracted ground employees. They will keep getting away with providing by far the worst pay and qol in the industry if many pilots are trapped here with no options to better their careers.

Your post is accurate except for the bit about experience levels.and checkride backgrounds. Your post would be more effective if you left that out. The rest is spot on. So here's the real question. How do you collectively empower 2000 people......only a fraction of which understand what is actually happening, and is doing something about it? We can have a contract tomorrow if only people felt empowered and were properly educated. |

Yes. All I can say is, don't take a UB Day, Sail and then post pics on FB with date stamps.

This bickering is embarrassing. It will be damning when we crash our next plane. Someone is just going to have to live with the fact that some person on the internet said something rude.
