Also gave 5Y access to my records to the FAA database and saw there was a list for previous airline and current one for PRIA records.
Welcome! I hope this place works for you.

Default training on 737

Hi
Anyone with insight details on B737 training?
is it in Miami or elsewhere?
is it solid 3 months or could be less?
how many sessions of sim? And what's the pass rate on 737 fleet for initial pilots?
Thanks

Yes in Miami.
Plan on 3 months.
More than enough sims.
100% of the pilots that meet ATP standards for their course pass.

New hire pay is $97.60 as of 1 Sept. Year 2 on the 74 is $137.10 going up to $141.21 1 Sept 2024. It’s 3 months in MIA at 64 MMG plus per diem. A google search for our current contract will show you the rates for all fleets.

does Atlas do the standard 10 yr check or do they require an entire pilot record?

From what I’ve been told it’s the standard 10 year background check like most other airlines. So that homicide you committed 11 years ago should be good to go.

10 year job history, but you need to be prepared to discuss all aviation jobs and any issues in training or checking. All the way back to initial training, it’s due to the PRD and PRIA rules.

Default Training Hotels

Does anyone have a list of hotels that Atlas will put us in during Initial Training lately?

Not going to list our hotels on a public forum. Rest assured that it'll be a Marriott or Hilton Property with kitchen or kitchenette and community laundry. Publix may be walkable, or you may need to bum a ride or rent a car every week to grocery shop... unless you bring your own car. Heck, if you call transportation they will probably even drop you off and pick you up at Publix or the Fresh Market.

You will get your initial hotel about a week out. You may move once after Indoc.

Congratulations and welcome aboard!

As previously said, either Marriott or Hilton extended stay properties. There's one in Doral that kinda sucks with not a lot that's in walking distance, but you get to keep the points.
