Let’s just call it contract DOS+5 no delayed implementation. While we’re at it, 13% DC add to the 2%, 6.0 CRT Rig, 70hr guarantee, override pay, soft pay, 6.0 Vaca, 15 Day max work month expectation (travel days included) and Orange Whips all around for everyone in every “lounge.” If there were some sort of “package being worked on they have plenty areas to excel in. 30% pay raise would be a softer landing when the art 33 subsides. That’s when things will be interesting but our history is telling so don’t hold your breath just carry on.

I’ve heard various versions of pay rate hikes from the last 3 FOs I’ve flown with. They all heard it in Miami or from a friend who heard it in Miami. As usual a lot of the BS rumors flow from the training center or just proliferate there.

Lol. The Miami training center is the hub of disinformation for the rest of the pilot group.

🤣

You’ll be hearing that rumor or some revision of it this time next year. The union has unequivocally stated in every crew call for the last 3 months there’s been no discussions with management about pay raises, or any other major improvements. Incremental improvements on the margins ( ie new pillows ) is all one can expect.

This is just the latest psyop by the company as promoted by the Miami training center, to reduce the number of pilots putting their apps out.

As an example, just before C19 we had numerous aircraft parked for lack of crew, the stock had gone from 75 to 14 and you could count the number of new hires for each class on less than one hand.

Classes are full now and the company is making record profits and tied with UPS for amount of freight moved. Mgt could care less about what’s happening at the regionals.

It will be a fight just to get Atlas to implement Qol improvements from last years arbitration. Nine months later there’s still no electronic trip trade/drop open time and reserve system. Everything that benefits the company gets implemented immediately but anything that benefits the pilots or costs money; becomes a multi year “process”. That’s the future at Atlas Air. Fortunately much more viable options for improved compensation and Qol are appearing at other carriers.
Winner Winner. Couldn’t of said it better myself.

I can’t think of a single rumor from the MTC that has ever come true.

Good point. It's best not to listen to anything that's not written in a manual somewhere. Saves a lot of head-scratching.

It took 6 years to have this shoved down our throats- don’t worry, they will be back in 6 more for another round of fun.
