Just curious, since I am no longer with you guys. How junior did the following go?

747 FO IAH?
737 Captain?

Dec ‘21 - 2436 pilots
Aug ‘22 - 2654 pilots

So net gain 218 pilots. Training department probably about to implode. If they actually REALLY wanted to grow the company, what about stoping attrition?, just saying.

Thought I might resurrect this dead thread:

Most Junior FO in base as of the September 2022 Vacancy award. This isn't effective until November 1st, but keep in mind training is running > 4 mos, so May and later awards are effectively new hire bases when considering IOE footprint adding another 1 month plus with delays. Standard disclaimer that past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Annnd, no vacancies at all for the October bid. I assume trying to catch up on all the new hire training.

That or they’re so focused on the new owners they don’t have time to think.

Your guess is as good as mine.

How long is the training footprint for airframe transitions after a seat lock? Is it similar in length to initial new hire training or is it considerably shorter due to not needing to repeat basic company indoc?
