With the job market how it is I don't quite understand how people who are this unhappy with Atlas still work at Atlas. Unless someone has a ton of 121 failures or just an awful personality, anyone at Atlas can go get hired at any legacy/LCC in the country. I, for one, am at Atlas cause I like it here. Can't see myself doing min rests at LGA.

Nobody disagrees with the notion that our arbitrated contract leaves a lot to be desired. The real question is- have you tendered your resignation yet?

other pilots love pilots like you, what a blast spending 17 days in the same cockpit.

All I do is answer the questions based off of my experience and my experience only. I don’t pump sunshine and rainbows about my experience neither. There are good and bad about Atlas. Atlas works well for me and family for the time being.
If Atlas doesn’t work for you. Again, with a little bit of effort. You can always apply elsewhere and submit your resignation. Everyone is hiring like gang busters at the moment. While the rest of us try to make lemonade with lemons….

So answering someone's questions is now considered "actively recruiting"? You must be the guy that got our tuna sandwiches and schnitzel taken away.

A person that ties answering questions to being "company men" implicitly ties our union to dishonest answers. This isn't the case. I doubt it's productive.
Someone mentioned that the Union wants status-quo without expansions of foreign recruitment. Thanks for a straight answer to a question.

They’re hiring. Go ahead and go. If you do, I hope that you’re senior to me. Good luck.
