Default Does Atlas do interviews online?

Hello all! Just curious if Atlas did interviews over Zoom/Skype/etc. Currently stationed overseas in the U.S. Military and trying to see if I would have to fly back to the states or if I could interview over the phone/computer.

Cheers!

I think we did so during COVID. I'd reach out with an email if you have an interview scheduled. You clearly want to be here, and you're demonstrating some initiative by trying to arrange a VTC from downrange. If you get a "Get over here or get lost." type of message what are you really losing?

Personally I'd rather hire an American from downrange than brings in a foreign national on an E3 visa.

Fairly certain all the interviews are done online.

Interviews are conducted completely online presently.

One phone screen, then you will be scheduled for a corporate presentation, then you will be scheduled for two sessions, one Technical Panel and one HR panel, typically the same day.

After the phone screen everything is conducted on Microsoft Teams, you will be sent links and won’t need to download anything.

Thanks for this. I have a friend who just texted me asking about the interview process too.

One more question, how far out could one reasonably conduct an interview from their start of training? I’ve heard a year-ish is not uncommon in the industry currently. For those in my position, the further out we can interview, the better.

3-4 months is reasonable under or current conditions, 8-12 months out is really too early.

I interviewed at the end of October, got the CJO the first week of this month. Currently still waiting on a class date. I am guessing January or February.

That's about as much as I know.
