Maybe you could negotiate a higher guarantee, but your rate would drop proportionally.

A lower guarantee with a higher rate provides a greater chance of going over guarantee and pays better when you do.

I agree 100%, I would rather see a duty rig instead of only trip rig. Or increase our CRT to 6$. Another trying is to remove the lower pay for training, vacation and sickness.

2nd year FO's make $200k at regionals?

And let's not compare regional QOL to ours. Ours is vastly superior at least on the 747. I'm not familiar with other fleets.
