Regardless, this award appears to abide by the CBA, which is what ultimately matters most.

+1. It certainly didn't help me in HSV, but this abides by the contract. It's time the company starts following the CBA. That happened quick!

They need to follow all sections all the time. The fact we're excited they followed one basic paragraph hopefully says volumes to potential new hires.
