Recommendation letter

Hi everybody! I am trying to get a job at Atlas Air but I `ve got no call yet. I flew Erj 190 for 10 years and now I am flying 738, both part 121. It seems I need a recommendation letter to get to the door, any suggestions how to get one?

I have never met him/her, I have no idea if they can even fly….heck for that matter I do not know f@$kall about them. However, they seem to have a strong desire to work here.
