Does everyone who applies get the HR phone interivew or is it step one for a select few to getting an actual interview? If not everyone gets it, what can you do to increase your chances?
Are you assigned the tech test during this phone call... or do they call you back if they like you?

HR call
Yesterday I got a call fom HR but I was at a doctor's appointment. She left a number which I called back and left a message. My question is should I wait until they call me back or if I haven't heard from them in a day or two should I call them back?
