Yes it is. At completion of IOE the regular pay begins.

Id say that is way low. If u don't get stuck waiting on ioe for four months, id say you would realistically see 70+ hr months plus per diem.
70x$75= $5250
Per Diem= $1000
Total $ 6250 Gross

If you elect to not use Atlas insurance, they will pay you about $220 a month on top of that. I think the chance of not getting 70-75 hr months are slim. Since IOE I have not been below 65ish a month. Id say i have been on average 80is hrs. Of course second year guarantee goes to 62hrs.

Merry Xmas all.....

Wow, that's pretty slim. But, I'm assuming that's first year pay.
Lucky I have a retirement to help out.

Now, is there any way to find out if your resume and PAQ ever made it? Doesn't seem to be an acknowledgment if they ever received anything.

The question was net, that was what was going into the checking account every month and didn't include per diem. And my first year was under the old contract, no trip rig.

You think this is slim? Try going to a major or worse a LCC.

Relatively speaking, first year pay here is excellent - especially since you break the 50 hour guarantee in about 10 days. Until the completion of IOE, training pay is 1600/mo plus 2.40/hr tax free per diem away from base (1700 when in the schoolhouse all month).

While first year pay is better than most, the three months waiting for OE at $1600.00 month and no per diem can be a bit tight.

Spot on. Take a gander on the APC charts (click on 'airline profiles at the upper right corner of this page) at the rest of the industry. With the exception of Brown and Purple Atlas is pretty much head of the pack. The fun level here is WAY higher than either Brown or Purple though. :)

Wow Twin Wasp, somebody a little testy. I figured fresher data was more relevant. Merry Xmas.

It was explained to me by HR a week ago that it was training pay for four months or completion of IOE whichever comes first.
