Any Atlas types know when the next round of calls will go out?
Do they make the calls on a certain day of the week or time of the day? Any word on Jan class dates? Also, did anyone who completed the PAQ get a call yet? I assume that the calls for the mid-December interviews have been done (or maybe I'm just impatient) and they are processing the online tests from that batch of candidates. I've had resumes and recs in since July and did the PAQ last week. Standing by ... |

One of our guys did some # crunching on the internal site and here is some useful info on projected retirements ......
So, I updated the merged list and came up with some interesting statistics. # of Active Atlas FE: 59 (10 FE/jet) 6 aircraft # of AAWH Pilots: 753 on published sen lists (24ish newhires after our list published) Atlas 554 (224 CA, 330 FO) 40-60% ratio (9 CA/jet, 13.2 FO/jet) 25 aircraft Poler 199 (90 CA, 109 FO) 45-55% ratio (15 CA/jet, 18.2 FO/jet) 6 aircraft After 50 upgrades and including newhires: (274 CA, 304 FO) 47-53% ratio Ave AAWH pilot age: 51 yrs Atlas 52 yrs Poler 48.5 yrs # of AAWH pilots over 60: 125 Age 65 Retirements: 2011 - 7 2012 - 9 2013 - 36 2014 - 42 2015 - 31 I know, find something better to do with my time... |
