Not true. I have at least two people in the pool without a training date.

So do you mean that the "pool" is devoid of people from any interviews prior to the last round in early December (the new guys)? Some that interviewed early this month have been emailed indicating they're on the preferential hiring list. I know of at least 9 without class dates on that list. If the list is that small, then FANTASTIC. Happy holidays indeed

What do you mean it's empty? Are you saying folks have been assigned classes, and just haven't been called yet?

The way Atlas has been using the pool is they place you in there AFTER the interview, but you do not yet have a class date...PERIOD. No other definition of that word.

Somebody please correct me if I got that wrong.

That was my understanding and as I am on the preferential hiring list, but have not been notified of a class assignment, I have to assume that the pool is not empty...unless there's another way of looking at it that I'm not aware of... Was really hoping for the call for the Jan class as my "gument" check goes away come Jan...well 75% of it, anyway!
