Good Riddance I'd say. Want to have an emotional breakdown? Do it somewhere OTHER than your place of employment; you know, the one that sees fit to place you in control of hundreds of lives a day?

What's next; a pilot "safe room" when piloting a 737 fan-aircraft?

Where is my participation trophy Gosh Darn it!?

Boeing has deeper pockets, and the attorneys have the high ground shored up by media-driven moral outrage. It's never good form to sue one's own employer.

Clearly the subject pilot needs a cockpit emotional support peacock.

He should sue air canada for failing to provide one.
