FltPlan.com, NOTAMs, and QICP

Generally I like using FltPlan.com for weather- it puts everything I need to be legal (weather and NOTAM-wise) in one place, great service, and it's an authorized source for my employer.

Until lately. In the past few months, FP does not consistently include NOTAMs in their "full weather" brief, and now not at all. Instead of a full list of current NOTAMs at an airport, there is just a link to the FAA NOTAM page, which has a terrible interface.

So my question is, since FP is supposed to be a QICP provider with only minimal outages, does that inability to provide NOTAMs impact their qualification? Is it legal to use them if they don't meet the QICP standard? Should I bring this up to my company?
