Aviation Law

So I have a school project coming up for law class, and I've decided to do it on aviation law. Anybody know any good websites with lots of information and/or famous cases that I could look into?

Thanks in advance :)

I am more interested in knowing what you have chosen as your topic or genre. Might I suggest something relevant to the industry today. Once you know that, you can easily find cases on Lexis or Westlaw, if you have access to them.

Over in KnowledgeBase, I am trying to start threads that involve aviation and the legal system. The first one is about PRIA and its parameters, as it pertained to one ex-Mesa pilot who lost his Alaska Airlines job offer.

Keep us posted (pun intended).

Product Liability Benchmark for Aviation:

Cleveland v. Piper Aircraft Corp.

A man takes the front seat out of a Super Cub, where he installs a film camera for commercial filming. The man will fly from the rear seat. He intends to operate from a private airport. The airport owner considers this unsafe, and closes the airport. The airport owner parks a van on the runway to block it.

The Super Cub owner begins a take-off. The Cub crashes into the van.

His estate sues Piper, claiming the tail-wheel design of the cub is defective due to the poor visibility from the rear seat, and the lack of a shoulder harness.

The court held Piper liable for damages.
