FAR thou shalt not fly sick

Does anyone happen to know the FAR that states pilots should not fly sick. I know it is in the AIM, but can't find it in the FAR's. Either 91 or 121 would be applicable. Thanks

Check 61.53. It's on the back of the medical cert...
