LOI (FAA Letter of Investigation) recipients?

Does the FAA send a LOI to your employer or do they mail it to your current address?

I'm certain it goes to your address of record. Your employer might find out something is up during the course of an investigation if the feds need to talk to them to get info, but I doubt they are allowed to notify your employer just because.

If their after you it goes to you, if their after the company it goes to the company. Air Carrier Certificate holders now have to list an Agent for Service in A007, that's whose desk it'll end up on.
