But in any case, relax. This sort of thing will happen to all professional pilots eventually. You've done all you can (NASA form) so now you just have to wait.

But 400' on a vector is pretty minor...PPL Alt standards are +/- 300'. In my experience, nobody is likely to bother with this and they probably didn't even notice. I'm 99.99% sure you'll never hear a word about it.

Another thing to watch out for (according to our POI) is maximum airspace speeds. Apparently, the FAA is planning on adding software to flag people busting airspeed limits in class D, class C terminal areas, and under class B shelves. I guess it takes wind speed into an account plus a generous fudge factor to catch people who seem to be going much faster than 200 KIAS.

I think they already have. One of our guys was flying the TECKY ONE (depreciated by TECKY TWO last month I think - looks like the same constraints however) departure out of KSJC. The plate calls for a speed at or below 230K at the first way point. When loading the departure procedure, the FMS obediently loads 230K. Guess what? This airspace is under the shelf of the KSFO Bravo airspace. 200K max. Apparently nothing was said about it on the radio and a couple of weeks ago he got a letter. Sigh.

Just wait for ADS-C. All your mode control panel belong to ATC.
