Training on Crewed Aircraft

Ok. I'm doing the research now, but I'd like some input if possible...

Me: ATP, CFI,CFII,MEI Typed
Student: Nothing. No medical. Nada

I need to train some guys part 91 in a crewed aircraft. I think my question is if a guy has a student pilot certificate can I train him in an airplane requiring two crewmembers or do I need to bring along another qualified pilot as a just in case.

No. I don't want to use a simulator.....unless there is no other choice.

Thanks for any help......and yes this is all above board.... if you really feel a need to know just PM me.

Are you training the student pilot as second in command? 14 CFR 61.55(a)(1) prescribes the requirements to act as SIC, which begins with at least a private pilot certificate.

If the aircraft will be operated under IFR, the SIC must also hold an instrument rating.

You can get your private licence in any aircraft, including a Boeing 747 or Learjet. It would have to be as PIC.

Does this student own the aircraft in question?

For whatever it's worth, our insurance specifically excludes this. You might want to look into that.
