Boeing Makes First Flight Powered By Green Diesel.
The Chicago (IL) Tribune (12/3, Karp) reported that Boeing announced that it has “completed the first test flight using green diesel” in a 787 Dreamliner. The Tribune reported that the plane was powered by a “fuel blend of oils and fats,” and Boeing called the flight a “major breakthrough.” |
I was a little worried America would smell like peanut oil when this stuff got popular, but they say you develop a taste for it. :)
