Ive got one. I haven't used it for four years and I thought I remembered one ear piece giving me difficulties but I also had it repaired so I'm not sure of its current status as I haven't used it.

Id be willing to simply mail it to you. If it works great, pay me, if it doesn't, send it back.

Address is in. I really appreciate this, I have missed two on eBay in the last week. I cannot stand any on or over the ear sets and the headband on the halo or clarity conflicts with my glasses. My cohort up front has one of these set up with custom ear molds and likes it a lot.
