They went out of production and C5 is still using paper Jepps.
Im sure there is a secondary market for them now.

$4.00/ dozen at Staples. Not being sarcastic; two of these will clamp the binder firmly to the shelf. Does not interfere with page-turning, the binder does not fall off in turbulence and you can flip the handle, grip, whatever it is called, to keep your place.

This system served me well on the 145 for years.
