I think it was open for less than 24 hours this time around. Last time around a few months back I think it was open for like 48 hours or so.

They told us they’ll open it at least once every quarter going forward. They closed it pretty early I think in 12 hours, too many apps

Anyone wanting to join should definitely keep an eye out for any sudden hiring windows opening up. Heard that the attrition rate has increased a lot over the last month or so, I would bet on hiring picking up to offset those leaving.

And does that makes you feel like this is somewhere you want to work?

Cause there’s attrition to the big 4, people shouldn’t want to work here? So dumb. It’s not like the new hires are choosing between legacies and breeze

He’s saying the other guy shouldn’t be enthusiastic about the upcoming revolving door this place is about to be. Management should focus on trying to keep pilots from leaving considering it’s still a growing operation. I think keeping everyone on year 2 or 3 pay works well for the regionals but not when you have an operation that’s so dynamic, you need folks that can and want to keep supporting it rather than bailing

There's a reason why so many people are leaving and it's not because hiring is picking up everywhere else. When you have people in the top 5-15% of the company considering bailing, (some have and a lot more a exploring other options as well), that's a huge problem. Much need and well deserved changes need to happen soon, but unfortunately the majority of us don't see that happening anytime soon if classes are still being filled
