Actually you should feel dumb that the point of the post went over your head. Every McDonald’s has a low rating online.

you should feel dumb that this place has obvious problems and you parade around and cheerlead the company like your a blind idiot. Things could be fixed if we didn’t have so many cheerleaders like you

Yep it’s not you, it’s us. We also need to be profitable before we can spread the wealth around. Most of us are trying to help so we can get there. There’s a difference between entitlement and legit issues.

Your realize there is no need to let management build a company off the backs of pilots right? You think DN and the executive team has any real skin in the game? If Breeze were to disappear I guarantee you they will all walk with millions while the pilot group gets beaten to a pulp. Look at spirit, the executive team that put them into 2 bankruptcies all walked away with MILLIONS and cushy jobs at other companies while the pilot group voted in concessions. This was after the pilot group there was promised a "second bite of the apple" down the line. That second bite never comes.

The Breeze investors have already shown they will continue to toss money at them even when they're burning hundreds of millions. They are just deciding to throw that money at other places like a learjet or a soccer team sponsorship and not that group that makes them money. I get you want this place to succeed, but pay, QOL gains, and Breeze succeeding don't need to be mutually exclusive. I guarantee you the company will not magically decide to become generous towards the pilot group once they start to make money, it'll never be enough for the shareholders.

I’m with you. I understand we’re just labor and management wants to pay us as little as possible. Who wouldn’t want to get paid. I’m just saying we need to be realistic in how we manage expectations and entitlements right now. We would not have a job let alone a contract if the company ends up being not sustainable. It’s trending good for Breeze but we’re not there yet.

Agreed. All the crappy reviewed places online 100% match the reviews. LOL

To expand upon your point you essentially have to pay $150,000 a year to Breeze for the privilege of being a captain for them

It’s because people that are good with it are not going to say anything online, it’s just the negative stuff that gets posted. The base structure is a problem, lots of small bases instead of a few big ones. But that’s nothing you wouldn’t know about coming in, it’s what you make of it. It’s definitely better than any regional. Lots of growth but lots of unknowns too.

Ok I’ll bite.

I have so little time between flipping 95 hrs/no worth of burgers and sitting 18 days of RSV for 70mmg that I have no time to respond to this, but I’m here anyway.

This place has a 1.5 star rating because the QOL blows for all but the top of the pile. Even they are bitching now too, because they’re flying 85-95hrs per month with no end in sight.

Plenty of lip service, but no end in sight.

Work rules would solve it. Planes would solve it. King Midas would solve it. The four guys on the Weekly Pilot Call who keep chiming in say they can solve it.

To those of you on the outside, the good pilots/coworkers who make life bearable for each other here at Breeze beg you to go where you want to go, not project your hopes onto this company. It’s a race to the bottom. And unless you want to be on the bottom of the industry for the next decade, go elsewhere.

Man, all this complaining is a bit much. Y'all ever flown for any 135 operators that are not NJ or FJ? Have you done 16 days strait 14 hour days with 10 hours rest and only a few days off after, while making 30k in the right seat of a RJ? Every company will have grippes, including your dream airline. But Breeze is an actually upgrade for a lot of people, sure it may not be a career destination. I’m hoping I get a CJO cause Breeze will be a huge upgrade for a lot of us 135 dudes.
