Those are good questions. Thanks for sharing. I can see where those would be helpful on the HR interview.

I've spent the good part of this day looking for a list of questions like this! It's an old post but worth it's weight in gold.

I fwded it around in an email to friends.

How do you answer this question?

You are on the takeoff roll and 10kts prior to V1 you look over and see the captain without his seat belt on. What Do You Do?

Continue. Would you really do a high speed abort for something like a seat belt? I wouldn't. Once I was out of the terminal area with a decreased work load I would point it out then fill out a NASA form and an ASAP report.

I used this list during the first go around in training and it was, indeed, worth its weight in gold!

I'm now getting ready to start the interview process again, *sigh*, and have again found this gem very useful...along with {some} of the comments left at the end of the article.

A NASA/ASAP report...you're joking, right? That's stupid.
I would just wait till we were level and then tell the guy to put his seat belt on before he hits his head on the ceiling.

But I guess on an interview I would leave out the hitting his head part.

yeah im sure that would go over well with the rest of the CA's you fly with in the future...
