Default College Degree in any field?

From what I'm reading it seems it's highly unlikely to get hired at a major without a college degree. Do you need a degree in a field related to aviation or just a bachelors degree in general. Mine is a business degree. Thanks.

You need to spend a quarter million on an Embry Riddle Bachelors in Aviation Science and adding the Masters in Aviation Science will give you a few points as well.

Your BS will be fine!

If memory serves about some old stats, about 80% have Bachelors or higher 15% Associates and 5% High School diploma/GED.

Bachelors is the big ticket. Some or all majors will give a little extra credit for having a masters. If you look at statistics, you'll see what appears to be a significant preference for masters degrees at the majors. But this is skewed by the military guys. The majors have a preference for mil pilots, many of whom get a masters paid for by the military. It's more correlation than causation.
